| At the end of 2005 under the auspices of VO 'Machinoimport' together with the Zelinsky Institute of Organic Chemistry of the Russian Academy of Sciences and under support of the Federal Agency for Science and Innovations (Rosnauka) the Russian-Finnish Centre of Transfer of Technologies was organized. Within the framework of the activity of the Centre, in the Academy Abo of Turku, Finland, November 29-30, 2005, it was carried out the Russian-Finnish Seminar of the innovation activity and transfer of technologies in the field of the natural sciences and scientific equipment in the line of chemistry and new materials, laser physics, nanotechnology. More than 50 scientists and specialists from the scientific and State enterprises of Russia and Finland, representatives of the Finnish commercial firms and technology parks participated in the work of the seminar.
- The main directions of the activity of the Centre in the nearest future are searching, selection and inventory of the intellectual property objects of the Russian side and potentially commercially attractive and hi-tech products and science-intensive technologies from both sides with the aim of their commercialization, rendering of professional consulting services, searching of the potential partners and investors, organization of contacts between the enterprises of two countries.
We invite for the cooperation under the following directions:
- Marketing-analytical works (estimation of the market potential, market capacity, market research monitoring and proposal evaluation, evaluation of the expediency of the commercialization of the results of the scientific-technical activity);
- Organization and assistance in carrying out of the Russian-Finnish information arrangements and establishment of the partner relations between the enterprises of both countries;
- Consulting services, monitoring and realization of the commercial transactions;
- Representation of the commercial interests of the Companies in Russia and Finland.
