| In pursuance of the new Agreement of August 15, 2006 signed between the Government of the Russian Federation and the Government of the Republic of Finland on Partial Conversion of Ex-USSR Debt to the Republic of Finland with the Implementation Period within 2006-2008 JSC “VO “Machinоimport” participated in making a list of the projects for delivery of the high technology equipment and services and proceeded with signing the contracts with the Finnish customers.
